Cancellation Policy
At A Kneaded Escape, your appointment time is reserved just for you. To provide the best service for all clients, I kindly ask that you respect the following policies:
24-Hour Notice Required - I require at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Late Cancellations- Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
No-Shows- Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
